In the British city of Preston, a dog saved her owner when she fell down the stairs and could not move. The dog called a child for help, and the girl had already called the rescue service.

Mia Ellery, 36, said she called out for her daughter when she fell. But she was wearing headphones and didn’t hear anything. She called her dog. The Labrador, named Bentley, could bring her a beer from the fridge, a cell phone, and the remote control for the TV. Mia asked him to bring the baby. And the dog knew right away what she wanted from him.

«He ran into the living room, literally grabbed his daughter’s headphones, grabbed her by her pajamas and led her out of the room,» the British woman said.

According to her, the six-year-old girl was not frightened when she saw her mother fall. The dog, meanwhile, brought a cell phone, and the child called an ambulance. The girl opened the door and waited for the doctors on the doorstep, while the dog stayed near her owner the whole time. Arrived medics took Ellery to the hospital, where she was diagnosed with spinal bruises.

The woman later admitted she was very proud of the child and the dog.
