We cannot explain how some people can hit an animal and continue driving.
But, unfortunately, there are people who leave without checking whether the animal they shot down is okay. It’s pretty sad.
As for this stray dog, he was hit by a passing car, the driver of which did not even stop to check whether he was alive or not.
Instead, the poor dog was left on the side of the road, whining in pain.
His back and neck were badly injured. And because of this, he was in so much pain that he could not move. All he could do was stay still, hoping that someone would take pity on him and help him.
In the end, he was found by the rescue organization Animal Aid Unlimited.
Carefully, they were able to move him into the car to take him to the vet for treatment.
The vet examined him. Fortunately, there was hope. The dog still had sensations in his hind legs. This meant that he was not paralyzed and could recover.
Of course, his road to recovery was not fast. It took time, a lot of medications and a long treatment to get him back to a state where he could fully recover and start walking again.
