Most of us can’t even imagine how you can cause physical pain to an animal.
I remember accidentally stepping on a cat’s paw in high school. It took me two days to stop feeling bad about this incident. That’s why it’s so hard to imagine someone intentionally harming an animal. Especially an animal that is still a small child.
Unfortunately, there are very cruel people in this world who do not care about the lives of other creatures. A specific example: a woman who easily threw three small kittens into the river in a plastic bag.
Fortunately for the kittens, they were discovered by a group of children playing on the bank of the Tuga River in Nowy Dvur-Gdansk, a region in northern Poland. The children rushed to call for help. However, they couldn’t get the plastic bag with the kittens because their sticks were too short. It was then that a passerby intervened to save the situation.
A woman named Claudia was next to her four-year-old daughter when she saw what was happening. That’s when she decided to undress and swim for a plastic bag to get to the kittens. Opening the package, it was discovered that there were three newborn kittens inside. Unfortunately, by the time help arrived, one of them had already died.
Soon the police began an investigation. They watched CCTV footage showing a woman approaching the water’s edge with a plastic bag in her hand.
She coolly throws it into the river and leaves. The police managed to make an arrest. A 67-year-old woman from a nearby neighborhood was responsible for animal cruelty. She was arrested and charged accordingly.
