One of the iconic models of the 90’s who has retained her recognizability has not only managed to win the hearts of millions, but has also had a successful career in business and built a strong family. Initially known as a global supermodel, Gianni Versace’s muse, she has gone beyond the catwalk and cemented her status as a successful business owner, a happy wife and mother, and an undeniable style icon.
Some may think that the status of a world-famous supermodel is not the best thing for self-esteem. But an inflated ego is not something Crawford can boast of.
Despite her success and fame, the star mother of two remains humble and poised. Cindy admits in interviews that she didn’t like the term “supermodel” and always thought it was ridiculous. She partly attributes this to imposter syndrome – she didn’t believe she really belonged in this glittering world of celebrity and high fashion.
The 57-year-old star tries to work on herself, doing grooming treatments and massages, working out and eating right – she was always ready for age to take its toll, but something surprised her.
“Everyone says skin ages, but no one says hair ages as well. I think we all expect gray hair, but what I didn’t know was that it would change texture, become more brittle, fall out more and basically just become unkept,” Cindy states.
Her gorgeous hair is the first thing Cindy takes care of. Now she was accidentally spotted at a beauty salon getting her roots tinted. No makeup and photoshop. Alas, fans could not recognize the aged model, stating that she is changing before their eyes, it should be noted, not for the better.
