“Home Alone” star Devin Ratray Hospitalized in critical condition, which postpones the mistreatment trial

Devin Ratray, best known for playing Macaulay Culkin’s older brother in the films “Home Alone” and “Home Alone 2,” was recently hospitalized, so his trial in a domestic violence case was postponed to a later date. In 2021, Ratray’s then-girlfriend filed a police report that he punched her, tried to strangle her and “beat the crap out of her.” Another woman also accused Ratray of sexual assault. Jury selection for the domestic violence trial was scheduled for January 22, 2024, but due to Ratray’s health problems, it will begin in February.

TMZ reports that Ratray was hospitalised and “in critical condition” but has already returned home to rest. It is not known exactly what kind of health problems he had and when he was hospitalised, TMZ reports.

When he got arrested, TMZ obtained the probable cause affidavit. In the affidavit, his then-girlfriend claimed that Ratray told her, “This is how you die.”
