Such a cake is highly respected in our family. My family likes it for its tenderness and taste, and I like it for the simplicity of cooking. In addition, we won’t even need a mixer in the process, we’ll manage using a regular whisk.
We need these ingredients:
- A 200 ml glass. Baking dish (removable, round) — diameter 20 cm;
- 1 cup kefir, sugar, and flour; Dark cocoa — 2 tbsp.l.; a little vanilla sugar;
- Odorless sunflower oil — 50 ml; 1/2 tsp baking soda; two large eggs;
For the cream, you additionally need:
- A jar of boiled condensed milk (about 400 g); Fatty sour cream — 250 g.
The cooking of the cake consists of the following stages:
Mix vanilla sugar, kefir, butter, cocoa, baking soda, and flour with a whisk.
Whisk the sugar and eggs separately with a whisk. Mix both masses. Bake in a mold (the best bottom is covered with parchment) at 170 for about 40 minutes. We are guided by our oven.
We make cakes with a knife from a ready-made and well-cooled biscuit. I got three of them. If a lump appears on the biscuit during baking, cut it off and make a sprinkle from it.
We will use the cream that is the easiest to prepare, but at the same time, it is very tasty. Mix sour cream and condensed milk with a whisk.
We smear the cakes and lubricate the top well. Decorate with crumbs and you can draw patterns with melted chocolate. In the refrigerator, such a cake should soak for 3-4 hours.
