Valiant American firefighters once again rushed to the rescue. This time they had to rescue a raccoon.
In the city of Newton (Massachusetts), a cyclist noticed that a raccoon was stuck in a storm drain grate. The man informed the firefighters and they hurried to the call.
First of all, they tried to soap the raccoon and pull it out of the grate.
But the soap didn’t help and firefighters turned to animal control experts for help. They arrived at the scene and gave the raccoon a sedative injection.
This time they managed to get the beast out of the grate.
The entire rescue operation lasted about two hours.
