Three children who mysteriously disappeared more than two years ago have been found alive in a small desert community south of the Arizona-Utah border. The children disappeared from their home in Beaver County, Utah, in October 2022, sparking a multi-year search that eventually ended. In late August, local police received a tip about where the children might be.
Working together, police departments from Arizona and Utah were able to free the children on September 1, according to a department press release. The mother has since gotten her children back. “The Fredonia Police Department would like to thank everyone involved for their help,” the release said. “To date, the children are safe with their mother while the investigation continues.”
