A 10-year-old boy captivated the world by playing the violin

Christian Li (born October 30, 2007) is a Chinese-Australian remarkable violinist. In 2018, at the age of 10, he became the youngest performer to win the Yehudi Menuhin International Young Violinists Competition in the junior category.

Lee was born in Australia to a Chinese family. His mother is an accountant and his father is an engineer. He is currently studying at the Scottish College in Melbourne. He began playing the violin when he was five years old.

He captivated the world with his playing at the 2018 International Competition for Young Violinists in Geneva and won the first prize of this top competition.

If you close your eyes, it’s impossible to imagine that a child could play Vivaldi’s music that way.
