However, a man in Australia was puzzled and stunned when he claimed to have filmed a «ghost dog» playing with his dog in the backyard.
The footage was captured by the man’s home surveillance camera. The footage shows a dog running and playing with a dog named Ryder.
The man, Jake DeMarco from Melbourne, Victoria, still can’t believe his eyes.
He insists that no other animal could have entered his yard. The 38-year-old father of two children says that his yard is surrounded by a very high locked fence.
DeMarco told how he made this discovery: «I was in the garage smoking a cigarette when one of the four live camera broadcasts caught my attention. Ryder was running as if he was playing with someone.It was unusual, especially at this time of night. I noticed that he wasn’t alone. I was confused and surprised when I saw the photos.Because I knew that Ryder was alone. But for a minute he had a playmate who then disappeared into the darkness.»
DeMarco also joked that his wife has now started watching family surveillance cameras more often than TV. Perhaps she was hoping to see the «ghost dog» herself.
